Peldon Rose has designed the new offices of asset management firm Arrowgrass located in London.
Arrowgrass has been growing steadily since 2009 and their expansion has led them to move offices in search of somewhere that is better suited to their growing business. Their new office design gives their staff a bigger space that they can grow into in the future.
Peldon Rose’s main objective was to create a smart working space that was fitted with modern meeting facilities that reflects their stylish location at 10 Portman Square in the West End. There was a focus on promoting staff well-being as well as using the latest office technology to improve their work environment.
In selected suites, special privacy glass can switch from transparent to solid at the touch of a button. In addition, Barrisol stretch canvas ceilings ensure excellent acoustics and advanced integrated audio visual equipment enables Arrowgrass to stay connected and present in style.
The staff at Arrowgrass now benefit from a breakout area as well as a breakfast bar and kitchen area. This space was designed to allow staff to have a place to relax and have less formal conversations and socialise with other staff. Arrowgrass staff can also benefit from a changing room with showers and lockers, to encourage an active lifestyle.
